ASSESSMENT

We conducted a thorough analysis of the business model, gathered customer feedback, and assessed the current and new markets to identify growth accelerators.

Working closely with the team, we combined internal insights with external data – ensuring that the results were not only strategic, but also practical and immediately actionable. 

SPRINT

We performed lean experiments to validate and leverage the key growth accelerators. This meant a lot of cold calling and learning, building, measuring and learning again.

The result: six growth levers with the potential to increase ARR tenfold – including new verticals, sales channels, product lines, and product innovations, all backed by concrete sales leads.
 

ENGINE

We supported FoxInsights in creating compelling marketing and sales messages, developing customer-oriented materials for both their core business and a new vertical.

We set up the sales pipeline with lead generation and sales calls in the German-speaking market, and then successfully scaled the approach internationally.

Today, FoxInsights has become the leading partner in Europe for this vertical – even securing its own patents and staying well ahead of the competition.
